Job description:
- The coordinator and administrative assistant provides direct support to the Director of Operations with regard to the coordination and implementation of administrative tasks related to projects, including employment affairs and follow -up of daily administrative operations, and contributes to ensuring the progress of work efficiently through effective coordination between the relevant departments and regulating documents and related procedures
Tasks and responsibilities:
Support the Director of Operations in Management of Administrative aspects of current projects
Coordination of employment operations for projects in cooperation with the Human Resources Department
Preparing and organizing documents and reports related to projects and employment
Follow -up time schedules and periodic reports of the workflow
Organizing meetings related to projects and preparing minutes of meetings
- Coordination with the various departments to ensure the implementation of projects requirements smoothly
Dealing with daily correspondence and logistical and administrative tasks of the Operations Manager
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in management or a related field
Experience in administrative support and coordination, preferably in the project environment
Microsoft Office's Microsoft programs
Time management, communication, interaction and communication skills with individuals
The ability to work under pressure and deal with several tasks simultaneously
