Job description:
- The architect is responsible for designing and planning architectural projects in line with the aesthetic, functional and legal requirements, and ensuring their implementation in accordance with the highest quality standards and adherence to the specified plans and budget, and works in coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the integration of all architectural and construction elements
Tasks and responsibilities:
Preparing architectural designs and detailed plans using design programs
Developing initial perceptions and 3D models for projects
Preparing tender documents, quantities and technical specifications
Coordination with construction, electrical and mechanical engineering teams to ensure the integration of designs
- Supervising the implementation of architectural works on the site and ensuring that they conform to the plans
- Review the plans and graphics and ensure that they conform to the municipal regulations and requirements
Preparing periodic reports on the progress of work, obstacles and proposed solutions
Providing technical support to the implementation team, contractors and consultants
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in architecture
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
Fluency in using design programs
Full knowledge of the Saudi construction code and local and international standards
