Job tasks:
Marketing and selling our exclusive real estate, including apartments and villas
- Providing advice and guidance to customers about the best real estate options for them
- Implementing sales and completing deals successfully
- Commitment to follow -up of potential customers to ensure the highest sales rates are achieved
- Coordination with other work teams to ensure the provision of a distinguished service to customers and achieve sales goals
Preparing and submitting presentations to potential customers and completing real estate deals
Requirements:
Saudi nationality
Experience from a beginner to a year in sales or customer service
Good knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends
Negotiation skills and customer service
High analytical and planning skills
A strong ability to negotiate and close deals
Language requirements:
