Job description:
Reception and Communications:
- Receiving visitors and directing them properly
- Telephone lines management (response, conversion, call registration)
Organizing e -mail and paper and responding to routine inquiries
Regulating tables and dates:
- Booking dates for the presidents or the team
Reminding managers of important dates
Preparing a schedule of meetings and coordinating halls
Document Management:
- Archive files (electronic and paper)
Preparing reports and presentations
Printing and organizing documents
Administrative support:
Arrangement of travel and residence for cadres
Follow -up office purchases
Record attendance and departure sometimes
Coordination between sections:
Transfer information between departments
- Following the tasks of the teams and reminding them of the final dates
General appearance:
The secretariat is the first destination that the visitor sees, so it must reflect a positive image of the company
Credibility: The professional appearance increases customer confidence in the services provided
Professionalism: It shows respect for visitors and the practical environment
Requirements:
  • At least a year experience in the field of secretariat
