Main responsibilities:
• Supervising the daily operations of Marketplace channels, including requesting, implementing requests, and managing the return
• Coordination with internal teams (logistics, customer service, financial) and external partners (suppliers, sellers, shipping companies) to improve operations
• Performance indicators analysis (sales, movement, ret can, sellers ’assessments) and implementing improvement strategies
• Managing the process of registration and support of the sellers, while ensuring their commitment to the platform policies and performance standards
• Catalog quality management, including product lists, content improvement, and pricing accuracy
• Monitor the levels of service (SLA) and solving operational problems in the actual time
• Cooperation with technical/product teams to improve platform functions and user experience
• Stay on the way of market trends, platform updates updates, and best practices
• Developing standard operating procedures (SOPS) and documenting operations to ensure expansion
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and platform requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, supply chains, or a relevant field (prefers MBA holders)
3 to 6 years experience in e -commerce or electronic stores operations
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems, with the proficiency of Excel and data analysis tools
Experience in dealing with e -commerce platforms (such as Shopify, Magento) and Marketplace platforms
Excellent skills in communication and coordination
The ability to work in a rapidly developed and high -change environment
Knowledge of implementation, storage, or final delivery services
Knowledge of sellers' performance standards and improving strategies
A basic understanding of digital marketing and customer experience tools
