Main responsibilities:
Website management:
• Managing and updating content on the site (products, signs, intended pages, blogs)
Ensure that the products lists are accurate, updated, and improved for search engines (SEO)
• Monitor the performance of the site, its availability, and the speed of its response
• Coordination with developers and designers to solve problems, make improvements, and launch new features
E -commerce strategy and improvement:
• User behavior analysis and website data (Google Analytics, Heat Maps, etc.) to determine the chances of improving the transfer rate (CRO)
• A/b test
• Improving the site for search engines, speed, and experience of use on mobile phones
Stock and requests management:
• Working with supply/operations/operations teams to synchronize inventory and managing the availability of products
• Ensure accurate tracking of requests, shipping, and returns across the platform
Marketing integration:
• Cooperation with digital marketing teams, social media, and customer relationship management to implement campaigns (email, ads, campaigns with influencers)
• Ensure that tracking tools, UTM links, and analysis tools are merged correctly
Customer experience and support:
• Monitor user notes and ensure a smooth user experience at all stages of purchase
• Coordination with the customer support team to solve escalating problems and reduce the rate of customer loss
Requirements:
Experience from 2 to 5 years in managing a D2C website or for e -commerce
Fluency in using platforms like Shopify, Magento, or similar content management systems
A strong understanding of the main performance indicators in e -commerce and analysis tools (GA4, Hotjar, Search Console, etc.)
Practical knowledge of HTML/CSS is an additional advantage
Periodic Marketing Channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing)
Excellent skills in communication, project management, and problem solving
Experience in developing fast -growing D2C brand
Knowledge of tools like Klaviyo, Recharge, Gorgias, or similar tools
Basic experience in graphic design or user experience (UX)
