Tasks and responsibilities:
Organizing and archiving all the documents issued and incoming according to the company's procedures
Update documents records, distribution lists, paper and electronic archiving systems
- Ensure the accuracy of the documents and their conformity with the approved standards before distributing them
- Supporting the various work teams and departments in the documentation operations
- Managing different versions and versions of documents and ensuring that old copies are deleted or distinguished
- Preparing periodic reports that clarify the state of documents and models within the project or department
Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive documents and dealing with them according to the policies followed
Requirements:
Mastering work on Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellency the English language speaking and writing excellently
High organizational skills and attention to details
The ability to work under pressure and adhere to the final dates
