- Implementing procedures, systems and forms for monitoring employees' permanence, contributing to and supervising the application of policies and procedures for satisfactory and urgent vacations, updating information related to employees and dealing with their complaints and inquiries with professionalism and preparing documents and specialized and related reports in the field of human resources operations, displaying and preserving them

Main duties and tasks:
- Implementing procedures, systems and forms for monitoring the perpetuation of branch employees and their leaves of all kinds and modifying models when needed in addition to implementing the attendance monitoring system and ensuring their commitment to official working hours
- Implementing the annual, satisfactory, and emergency vacations policies and procedures specified in the holidays policy and approved leave and the application of promotions procedures, loan and the end of the service and the registration of all employees ’papers in accordance with the approved regulations and procedures
- Dealing with complaints, observations, requests and inquiries of employees in a professional way and raising problems if they exist to the director of the administration effectively
- Updating information related to employees and providing them with the employee services team by registering and documenting all information related to the employees of the region, such as promotions, training courses, matters related to salaries and privileges
- Preparing documents and specialized reports related to human resources operations, providing appropriate recommendations, appropriate solutions, presentation, clarification and preservation in their database in accordance with the approved policies and procedures
- Work on the qualifiers for vacations, end of service or resignations
