- Organizing dates, preparing notes, conducting correspondence, attending meetings and editing the records, preparing and submitting work reports
- Organizing and reminding the director or the president, and dealing with inquiries and responding to them and delivering mail and correspondence to the director or the president
- Preparing periodic notes related to the work of the internal organizational units, conducting regular correspondence with the external parties and signing them from the president and distributing them
Attending meetings and registering and editing the minutes of meetings
Keeping documents and files related to the work of the director or the president
