- Coordination and follow -up with government agencies (such as passports, Ministry of Human Resources, Social Insurance, Municipal ... etc.)
- Supervising the extraction and renewal of commercial licenses, residencies, work visas, work permits, and updating the company's data with the official authorities
Ensure that the company's policies are compatible with the relevant government regulations
- Representing the company in official meetings and government visits when needed
- Follow up with official transactions and supervise the employees of government relations in the company
Providing periodic reports to senior management on the state of government transactions and organizational developments
- Solving any problems or delays related to government agencies
- Follow up on new updates and regulations issued by the official authorities and inform the administration
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or Related Specialization
At least 5 years experience in government relations, preferably in the position of supervisory
Good knowledge of the work, regulations, residence and licenses in the Kingdom (or according to the state)
The skill of using electronic government agencies systems (Absher, resident, my country, insurance, etc.)
