Preparing the monthly review balance and the annual budget for the association
- Operating cost analysis, determining the association's financial position, and providing effective proposals to reduce the operating cost
- Internal audit on the Resources Development Department to ensure the validity and accuracy of the financial information provided
Preparing drainage documents for the association's work, projects and programs that it implements
- Preparing accounting restrictions in accordance with the scientific principles followed in this field
Preparing salaries, predecessors and other daily lists
- Preparing a statement of expenditures and monthly or quarterly revenues, or according to the association's work system
- Maintaining the confidentiality of the data and information that is circulated in the scope of his work
- Review banks and institutions when needed
- Reviewing the association's investments from an accounting point of view and its investment and its compatibility with the financial systems
Doing any other tasks assigned to him in his field of competence
Requirements:
