Job description:
- Implementing the company's purchases in accordance with the approved policies and procedures, and ensuring the provision of materials and supplies required in the appropriate quality and the appropriate price and at the right time
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Receiving purchase requests from different departments and ensuring their adoption
Search for the appropriate suppliers and get quotes
- Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best prices and the best payment and supply conditions
Prepare and follow up on purchase orders until the materials are received
- Ensure that the received materials are matched with the required specifications and keeping accurate records
Build good relationships with current suppliers and search for new suppliers when needed
- Coordination with the warehouse and other departments to ensure the availability of the necessary inventory
Preparing periodic reports on purchase orders and suppliers status
Commitment to the company's policies and quality and safety standards
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Office programs
Previous experience of no less than a year in the field of purchases
