Job description:
- An executive secretary is required to work for a major company in Riyadh

Tasks:
Correspondence Management: Preparation, Review, and Correctional Correspondence such as e -mail and letters.
- Organizing meetings: coordination of meetings dates, preparing business schedules, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Save and organize files: Create effective file systems and ensure easy access to data and information.
Business schedule management: organizing work schedules for senior management and reminding them of important tasks and dates.
- Receiving visitors: Dealing professionally with visitors and customers and directing them to the appropriate departments.
Organizing conferences and events: Supporting preparations for internal and external events and coordination of logistics.
- Dealing with phone calls: responding to calls, filtering them, and converting them to the relevant departments.
- Preparing reports: Collecting and analyzing administrative data to prepare periodic reports and assisting management in making decisions.
Administration support: Implementing any additional administrative tasks that help improve workflow and ensure the efficiency of operations.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor of Executive Secretary
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • High skills in communicating with others
Employment type:

Salary Range: 14,000 S.R.
