Supervising content on social media platforms (writing, coordination, and scheduling)
- Responding to customer inquiries through various platforms
Coordination and schedule of clinic dates with doctors and technicians
- Filming short clips (Rales, Story, Daily Videos) inside the clinic and documenting services in a professional way
- Contributing to the production of creative ideas to enrich the general content and attract the public
- Follow up with customers to confirm or repeat appointments
- Cooperation with the team to ensure the best experience of customers
Requirements:
Experience in managing social media accounts and content photography
Creativity in writing content and drafting ideas
Excellent communication skills in writing and orally
High organization and excellent time management
It is preferable to have experience in the field of clinics or health centers
