- The sales and marketing specialist shall be tasked with promoting the company's services, communicating with customers, achieving sales goals, and participating in implementing marketing plans, using direct and digital communication means
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and provide products and services offers
Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Phone, WhatsApp and social media marketing
Achieving monthly sales targets
Periodic follow -up with customers and maintain long -term professional relationships
- Cooperation with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and plans
Requirements:
Experience in dealing with customers and determining their needs
Knowledge of the basics of digital marketing and customer service
It is preferable to have previous experience in sales or marketing
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Tact in the conversation and good dealing with customers
