• Managing employee files and updating their data periodically
• Follow -up attendance, departure and leave
• Implementing employment procedures, resignation and completing services
Coordination of salaries, social insurance and other benefits
• Follow up the renewal of contracts and visas
• Preparing monthly reports for employees and management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or any related specialty
It is preferable for those who have professional certificates in human resources such as CIPD, Shrm, PHR
It is preferable to have an experience from 1 to 3 years in the field of employee or human resources affairs
Experience in dealing with the HRMS system an additional feature
Good knowledge of the work systems and labor regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Human Resources Management Programs (such as Oracle HR, SAP HR, or Zoho People)
Reports and data analysis skills
The ability to deal with employee records, salaries and leave
Knowing the basics of accounting, salaries and social insurance
Microsoft Office's proficiency (especially Excel and Word)
