- Civil engineers (Saudis) are required to work for the North Ma'arat Contracting Company in Riyadh
Job tasks:
- Study government tenders and prepare technical and financial offers for them
- Pricing projects and calculating quantities accurately according to plans and specifications
Supervising the implementation of projects and ensuring their conformity with the terms and engineering standards
- Preparing technical reports and periodic extracts to ensure the follow -up of the work progress
- Dealing with the approval and management of contracting procedures, payment and communication with government agencies
Requirements:
Saudi nationality
Bachelor of Civil Engineering
At least 5 years experience in government projects in the field of construction and construction
Mastering the use of engineering design programs and quantities
Strong skills in preparing reports and coordination with the concerned authorities
Good knowledge of the standards and engineering specifications for government projects
Experience in dealing with the contracting approval platform and procedures
