- Responding to inquiries: Providing guests with information about the hotel, services, and nearby tourist attractions
- Telecommunications Management: Receiving and transferring phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
Dealing with complaints: Solve problems and complaints with tact and effective to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordination with other sections: Communication with the Home Management Department, restaurants, and maintenance to ensure the needs of guests
Payments Management: Collection of Payments, Issuing Bills, and dealing with cash transactions and credit cards
- Maintaining records: registering data related to guests, verifying reservations, and preparing daily reports
- Checking hygiene and system: Ensuring the hygiene of the reception area and arrange it in a way that reflects a positive image of the hotel
Promoting hotel services: Providing offers and discounts on additional services such as restaurants, spa, and tourist tours
- Communication through the site or by sending a CV to the registered e -mail in the ad.
Requirements:
It is preferable to obtain a diploma or a bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: hospitality management and hotel management or tourism hotel services, i.e. specialization related to the field of hospitality and services. The high school diploma can be accepted with the availability of appropriate experience or skills
The ability to deal with guests with tact and professionalism
Knowledge of the basic security measures in hotels
It is preferable to speak English fluently, and any additional language is an advantage
Prepare to work with the rod system (morning and evening), including official holidays
Good knowledge using computer, email, and hotel reservation systems
Customer service skills understand guest needs and provide a comfortable experience for them
The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
A good understanding of tourist attractions and areas near the hotel to help guests
Tact and professional appearance: adherence to the uniform and the rules of professional behavior
