Organizing and scheduling the dates of the executive and coordinating the meetings
- Daily Correspondence Management of the CEO (email, messages, phone calls)
- Preparing and designing reports, presentations and promotional materials using the Cana program
- Save and organize the company's files and documents
- Coordination with the different departments within the company to ensure the workflow is smoothly
Follow up the implementation of the tasks and projects assigned by the CEO
Professionally internal and external communications management
Providing administrative and organizational support as needed
Social media management
Requirements:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) programs
Good knowledge of Arabic and English (English Certificate is an additional advantage)
The proficiency of using the Cana program for professional design
A resident of the city of Jeddah
