- Operations manager is required to work for a cement products factory in Al -Kharj Governorate - Riyadh region
Tasks and responsibilities:
Supervising the daily operations of the factory and ensuring the progress of production efficiently
Manage the team and motivating employees and drivers to ensure the highest levels of productivity
- Follow -up to the maintenance of equipment and vehicles to ensure its operation efficiently and reduce faults
Improving operational processes and reducing operational costs and waste
- Supervising heavy transport (22 trucks) and scheduling flights to ensure the delivery of products on time
Ensure compliance with government regulations and dealing with regulatory authorities
- Operating data analysis and submitting periodic reports for senior management
- Proposing solutions to improve performance and increase production efficiency and transportation
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience in operations management, preferably in cement products factories or similar industries
Experience in managing work teams, motivating employees, and increasing productivity
Strong skills in planning and analysis of operational data
Fluency in using operations management programs (such as ERP) is an additional feature
Good knowledge of government systems for factories and heavy transportation
The ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly and efficiently
