• Implementing human resources policies and procedures according to the company's regulations
• Service and selection operations management
• Following up employees' files and ensuring update their data
• Supervising performance evaluation and career development processes
• Treating salary, holidays, benefits and social insurance
• Support a positive work environment and enhance internal communication between employees and administration
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field
At least 3 years experience in the field of human resources
