Coordination between departments: Ensuring effective communication between the different teams of the project or the institution
Reports preparation: Follow -up to work progress and reports to senior management
Meetings Management: Organizing and Taskat meetings and distributing tasks
Follow -up schedules: ensuring adherence to the final dates of projects
Problem solution: intervention to solve any problems or conflicts between different sections
Administrative Support: Providing logistical and administrative support to ensure the workflow is smoothly
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
At least 5 years experience in coordination and operations management
Speak English
Excellent communication skills and ability to solve problems
