Job description:
- An administrative secretary is required to work for a non -profit association in Jeddah

Tasks and responsibilities:
Manage dates and organize meetings of meetings and events
Preparing reports, official correspondence, and meeting minutes
Organizing files and saving records electronically and paper
- Follow email and respond to inquiries
Coordination of communication between departments and external partners
Follow -up indicators of performance and quality and document administrative procedures
Requirements:
  • Practical experience in administrative work
  • Getting proficiency in dealing with desktop computer programs and programs
  • Full -time full -time work
  • Mastering the use of computers and Microsoft Excel programs
  • Experience in coordination, organization, and quality management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
