- An administrative secretary is required to work for a non -profit association in Jeddah
Tasks and responsibilities:
Manage dates and organize meetings of meetings and events
Preparing reports, official correspondence, and meeting minutes
Organizing files and saving records electronically and paper
- Follow email and respond to inquiries
Coordination of communication between departments and external partners
Follow -up indicators of performance and quality and document administrative procedures
Requirements:
Practical experience in administrative work
Getting proficiency in dealing with desktop computer programs and programs

Mastering the use of computers and Microsoft Excel programs
Experience in coordination, organization, and quality management
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
