Tasks and responsibilities:
Manage employee files and human resources records, including wages, bonuses, leave and health insurance
Implementing human resources policies and ensuring compliance with laws
Organizing training and development programs and evaluating employee performance
Helping in planning and implementing human resources policies and procedures to ensure legal and institutional compliance
Participate in employment, including preparing job ads, interviews, and recommendations
Helping in organizing and implementing training and development programs for employees
Participate in the process of evaluating employee performance and preparing related reports
Helping in managing incentives and benefits for employees
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
At least two years experience in human resources management
Maintenance in the Saudi Labor Law
Proficiency in using computers and Office programs (especially Excel)
The skill of preparing and writing reports
The ability to solve problems
The skill of communication, organization and analysis
