- Receiving and registering inmates, completing the arrival and leaving procedures with efficiency and professionalism
Providing basic information about hotel services and nearby tourist attractions
Dealing with guest inquiries professionally and providing effective solutions to their needs
- Managing guest records and carrying out the required administrative operations, such as data saving and reports preparation
Work in coordination with other teams, such as room service and maintenance, to ensure an integrated experience of guests
Requirements:
English language proficiency and other languages will be an additional advantage
Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
Mastering oral and written communication skills, and the ability to deal with all the guests
It is preferable to have previous experience in the field of customer service or reception, preferably in the hotel sector
