Strategic planning:
- Setting a vision, mission and goals of the Field Control Department, in line with the strategic goals of the institution
- Developing strategic and operational plans for monitoring operations, and defining the main performance indicators KPI
Determine the resources necessary to implement plans, such as budget, employees and equipment
Organization and management:
- The structure of the field control department, and the identification of responsibilities and authorities for each position
Setting clear policies and work procedures for monitoring operations, and updating them periodically
- Administration of the inspectors team, by employing, training, evaluating their performance, and motivating them to achieve goals
Implementation and supervision:
- Supervising the field monitoring operations, and ensuring their implementation in accordance with plans and procedures
- Analyzing data collected during monitoring operations, and identifying strengths and weaknesses in facilities
Take the necessary corrective measures to address shortcomings and improve performance
Follow up the implementation of the improvement and correction plans that were developed based on the results of the monitoring
Constant evaluation and improvement:
Evaluating the performance of the field control department periodically, and identifying the areas of improvement and development
Review and update policies and procedures based on the results of evaluation and developments in the field of health care
- Conducting comparative studies with best practices in the field of control, and benefit from them in developing performance
Communication and coordination:
- Effective communication with the managers of medical facilities and their employees, explaining the goals and importance of monitoring
- Building cooperative relationships with facilities, and providing support and assistance to them to improve performance
- Cooperation with other relevant authorities, such as the Ministry of Health and the organizational authorities, to ensure compliance with regulations and laws
The representation of the administration in the relevant meetings, conferences and events
- Preparing periodic reports on the results of the monitoring, and submitting them to the senior management
- Proposing the recommendations and procedures necessary to improve the quality of the services provided in facilities
Participate in developing health policies and procedures, and providing recommendations to improve the quality of services
Follow up developments in the field of health care, and update monitoring and procedures tools accordingly
Requirements:
A university degree in the field of health care, business administration, or any related field
At least 10 years experience in the field of health care, of which at least 5 years in the field of management or control
Good knowledge of health standards, regulations, and healthcare laws
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
Analytical skills, problem solving and decision -making
Effective communication and negotiation skills
