General goal:
- Supervising the field monitoring operations of medical facilities to ensure the quality of the services provided, verify their commitment to health standards and regulations, and improve the general performance of the facilities
Detailed tasks:
Planning and Organization:
- Establishing plans and timetables for field surveillance operations, and setting the priorities of visits based on risks and importance
Developing monitoring tools and forms, such as reviews of review and questionnaires, to ensure accurate and comprehensive data collection
- Coordination of work with the field monitoring team, distributing tasks and identifying responsibilities
Implementation and supervision:
Leadership of the field monitoring team, directing them and providing them with the necessary support
- Make field visits to medical facilities, and monitor the application of health standards and regulations
- Evaluating the performance of workers in establishments, and providing recommendations to improve performance
- Check the availability of resources and equipment necessary to provide medical services well
Follow up the implementation of the improvement and correction plans that were developed based on the results of the monitoring
Analysis and preparation of reports:
- Analyzing data collected during monitoring operations, and identifying strengths and weaknesses in facilities
- Preparing periodic reports on the results of the monitoring, and submitting them to the senior management to make appropriate decisions
- Proposing the recommendations and procedures necessary to improve the quality of the services provided in facilities
Communication and coordination:
- Effective communication with the managers of medical facilities and their employees, explaining the goals and importance of monitoring
- Building cooperative relationships with facilities, and providing support and assistance to them to improve performance
- Cooperation with other relevant authorities, such as the Ministry of Health and the organizational authorities, to ensure compliance with regulations and laws
Continuous development and improvement:
Follow up developments in the field of health care, and update monitoring and procedures tools accordingly
Participate in developing health policies and procedures, and providing recommendations to improve the quality of services
Evaluating the results of the monitoring periodically, and identifying areas of improvement and development
Requirements:
A university degree in the field of health care, business administration, or any related field
At least 5 years experience in the field of health care, including at least two years in the field of monitoring or inspection
Good knowledge of health standards, regulations, and healthcare laws
