General goal:
- Providing specialized technical support by preparing price offers and technical files for lighting products and electrical materials, with the use of the Dynamics system to ensure efficiency and innovation at work and meet customer needs
Main responsibilities:
Preparation offers:
Drafting price offers for lighting products, aviation, and keys in a distinctive way, in addition to the rest of the electrical materials
Ensure the accuracy of offers and their conformity with market requirements and customers
Preparing technical accreditation files:
- Collecting and equipping technical files for products according to the approved technical standards and requirements
- Follow up on update and development of files in line with the latest technologies and standards
Dealing with Dynamics:
- Using a Dynamics system to organize and manage technical and commercial operations
- Continuous learning and modernization of the system to improve performance and facilitate the progress of work
Cooperation and coordination:
- Work along with sales and production teams to ensure technical offers are compatible with customer needs
Providing technical support and consultations necessary for internal work teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electronics
Comprehensive knowledge of electrical products and technical systems
Practical experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in the fields of technical support or related fields
The ability to deal with Dynamics and continuous learning to develop technical skills
Proficiency in preparing offers and technical files accurately and professionally
High ability to self -learn and adapt to changes
Excellent communication skills and work within a team
