- A financial risk employee is required to work for a company specialized in financial technology (FINTECH) to contribute to developing financial risk management strategies and compliance with organizational regulations
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Analyzing and evaluating the financial risks associated with digital operations and services
- Developing and implementing effective strategies and procedures to reduce financial risks, and ensure compliance with banking and regulatory regulations
- Monitor financial operations and electronic transactions to discover any suspicious or fraudulent activities and take the necessary measures
- Preparing periodic analytical reports on financial risks and providing proactive recommendations for the administration
- Cooperation with technical and financial teams to develop risk management and data analysis systems
- Follow up the latest trends in cybersecurity and financial legislation affecting the Fintech sector
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economy, Accounting, Risk Management, or any related major
At least two years of experience in financial risk management, preferably in the Fintech sector or digital banks
Good knowledge of financial and organizational regulations such as AML (Anti -Money Laundering), KYC (Know your customer), and PCI DSS
Strong analytical skills and experience in dealing with financial statements and risk analysis tools
Fluency in using data analysis programs such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL
The ability to work in a dynamic and fast change environment, and make decisions based on analysis and data
