Tasks and responsibilities:
• Receiving visitors and customers and directing them in a proper and professional way
• Responding to phone calls and directing them to the concerned authorities
• Regulating appointments and managing reservations using electronic systems
• Receiving and delivering mail and parcels and distributing them to the relevant departments
• Providing the necessary information for visitors and customers in an accurate and clear way
• Daily office management management, such as regulating files and documents
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and the neighboring offices
• Providing administrative support to other teams when needed
Requirements:
Saudi nationality
A minimum secondary certificate, preferably a qualification in the administration or related fields
Experience of no less than a year in the field of reception or administrative tasks
Advanced skills in using Microsoft Office programs (word, Excel, Outlook)
Language of Arabic and English (in writing and speaking)
Excellent communication skills and nice personal features
The ability to deal with pressure and managing priorities
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing tasks
The ability to work independently or within a team
High organizational skills
