The goal of the job:
- The sales engineer works to support sales by combining technical experience in the field of engineering and communication skills with customers, with the aim of understanding their needs and providing appropriate technical solutions, and increasing the company's share in the market
Main responsibilities:
Technical support for sales:
- Analyzing customer requirements and providing dedicated engineering and technical solutions
- Preparing detailed technical and financial offers for customers in cooperation with the engineering team
Management with customers:
- Communicate with current and potential customers to understand their needs and provide convincing offers
Follow the sale process from the beginning until the conclusion of the contracts
Coordination with the internal teams:
- Working with engineering and production teams to ensure the compatibility of the solutions provided with the capabilities of the company
Providing feedback for the technical team on customer observations
Market study and competition:
- Market trend analysis and evaluation of competitors products to determine improvement opportunities
Training and after -sales support:
Providing training for customers to use products or services
Solve technical problems that may appear after the sale
Requirements:
Saudi nationality
Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electric, industrial, or related specialty)
Recent graduation or those with experience of no more than 3 years in the field of technical or engineering sales
The skill of using engineering design programs (such as autocad, solidworks)
A deep understanding of the products and services provided by the company
Knowledge of Saudi quality and standards (SASO)
English language proficiency (competitive feature)
The ability to explain technical concepts in a simple way
The ability to work under pressure to achieve monthly or annual goals
Prepare to travel inside or outside the Kingdom according to the requirements of work
