Main responsibilities:
Guests reception:
- Welcoming guests upon their arrival at the hotel with a friendly and professional smile
Check-in and exit (Check-Out) for guests quickly and efficiently
Reservations management:
- Dealing with room reservations, whether by phone, email, or reservation systems
- Ensure that reservation records are updated periodically and accurately
Provide information:
Providing the necessary information about the services of the hotel, local facilities, and tourist attractions
- Answer the inmates' inquiries in a professional and polite way
Dealing with complaints:
Treating guest complaints with craftsmanship and speed to ensure their satisfaction
- Ending major problems to the administration if necessary
Financial management:
Treating cash payments and credit cards accurately and safely
- Review bills and confirm the health of financial transactions
Coordination with other sections:
- Communicate with the departments of home management, maintenance and restaurants to ensure that a smooth experience is provided
Follow up on special requests for guests
Commitment to hotel standards:

- Maintaining the confidentiality of the personal information of guests
Requirements:
Good English
Tourism and hotel diploma
