- Supervising the company's financial activities, ensuring the achievement of financial goals, and effectively managing financial resources to enhance the company's growth and financial stability. This includes financial planning, reports preparation, risk management, and ensuring compliance with financial laws and regulations.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Financial planning and analysis:
Developing and implementing the company's strategic plans for the company
Preparing financial expectations and estimated budgets
Financial performance analysis and submission to improve efficiency and profitability
Monitor cash flows and ensure financial liquidity
Preparation of financial reports:
Preparing periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Providing detailed reports on the financial performance of senior management
Ensure accuracy and safety of financial data
Financial Risk Management:
Identify and evaluate potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
Insurance and Investment Department to ensure the financial protection of the company
Relationship management with foreign authorities:
- Coordination with banks and financial institutions to ensure the meetings of financing
Administration of relations with the regulatory authorities and relevant government agencies
- negotiating the financial conditions with suppliers and clients
Compliance and commitment to laws:
Ensuring compliance with local and international laws and regulations related to financial affairs
Supervising the internal and external audits
Leadership of the team:
Supervising the team in financial management and directing them to achieve goals
Developing the skills of the team through training and guidance
Tax Management:
Supervising the preparation and submission of tax declarations
Ensuring compliance with tax laws and reducing the tax burden through effective tax planning
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in financing, accounting, business administration, or a related field
At least 5 years experience in the field of financial management or accounting
It is preferable to have a master's degree in business management (MBA) or professional certificates such as (CMA, CPA, CFA) will be an additional advantage
Experience in dealing with financial systems and accounting programs (such as SAP, Oracle)
Experience in preparing financial reports and budget management
Good knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and local
Mastering the use of accounting and financing programs
The ability to work under pressure and make fast decisions
High analytical skills and ability to solve problems
