Tasks and responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing reservation requests received from various channels (phone, email, electronic platforms, tourism offices)
- Update the reservations management system
Ensure that reservation data is correct, such as access and departure dates, the number of guests, and the type of rooms required
- Achieve various electronic transactions related to reservations
- Attention to customers to respond to inquiries and provide the best solutions related to the problems of reservations
- Coordination with reception teams and customer service to ensure the rooms are equipped and the guests receive in a professional way
- Work with the sales and marketing team to implement promotional offers on reservation platforms
- Preparing daily and monthly reports on the occupancy rates and reservations received from various channels
- Analyzing electronic platform performance and providing recommendations for improving sales and increasing occupancy
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or any similar field
At least a year experience
Experience in using electronic reservation platforms
Excellent communication skills in writing and orally in Arabic and English
Knowing the basics of room pricing and revenue management
Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation programs
