Tasks and responsibilities:
- Follow up and evaluate the quality of field survey operations and ensure compliance with specified standards
- Conduct periodic auditing of field data and ensure its validity and accuracy
- Providing recommendations and corrective actions to improve performance and quality
- Collaborate with work teams to ensure quality goals are achieved
- Preparing periodic reports showing the performance of field teams and the level of quality
Requirements:
Previous experience in quality or operations management (preferably in the field surveying sector)
Good knowledge of quality management methodologies and performance improvement tools
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure
Proficiency in working with Excel
Language requirements:
English-fluent
