Tasks and responsibilities:
Recruitment and talent attraction:
• Develop and implement an effective recruitment strategy to attract the best talent in the real estate, engineering, architectural design, and contracting sectors
• Establish a comprehensive recruitment process that includes job descriptions, preparing job interviews, and negotiating job offers
• Building relationships with the most important universities, recruitment companies, and professionals in the field to ensure the availability of a strong talent base
• Oversee executive recruitment for key leadership positions
Developing the organizational structure and planning the workforce:
• Work closely with company leadership to ensure HR strategy aligns with operational objectives
• Developing organizational structures for each company and clearly defining roles and responsibilities
• Planning workforce needs for real estate development projects, to ensure the right talent is hired at the right time
Policies, procedures and compliance with work systems:
• Develop and implement human resources policies in line with Saudi labor regulations and international best practices
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management professionally
• Ensure that human resources policies support a productive and ethical work environment
Payroll, benefits and performance management:
• Design competitive salary structures and benefits packages to suit each business segment
• Implementing a performance measurement system (KPIs) to ensure the success and development of employees
• Develop incentive programs that enhance productivity, loyalty and job satisfaction
Training and development:
• Establishing a qualification program for new employees to ensure their rapid and effective integration
• Implementing leadership development programs to prepare the next generation of company leaders
• Providing ongoing learning opportunities through workshops, mentorship programs, and vocational training
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in the field of human resources, preferably 10 years or more, preferably in the real estate, architectural design, engineering, or contracting sectors.
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor systems and human resources best practices
Experience in attracting talent and hiring multi-disciplinary teams
Proven ability to build and develop HR systems in emerging or expanding companies
Strong leadership skills, ability to negotiate and manage people efficiently
Excellent communication and strategic planning skills
HR-related ISO certifications are preferred, such as ISO 30405 (Recruitment Management), ISO 9001 (Quality Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety)
