- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the production process for panel boards
- Optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure adherence to schedules
- Collaborate with the design and procurement teams to address production requirements
- Identify and implement improvements in production techniques
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Prepare reports and analyze production data for management review
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferably in panel board factories)
Familiarity with quality control standards and safety regulations
Strong knowledge of production planning and process optimization
