Tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage employee files and human resources records with complete confidentiality
- Follow up on procedures with government agencies such as (Force - Resident - Aqar platform - Health Affairs)
- Implement human resources policies and ensure compliance with laws
- Conducting recruitment processes (advertisements, interviews, preparing contracts)
- Organizing training and development programs and evaluating employee performance
- Managing incentives and benefits and updating policies periodically
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
At least two years of experience in human resources management
Familiarity with Saudi labor law
Preferably those with experience in the ZENHR human resources system
Proficiency in using computers and office programs (especially Excel)
Preferably those who have experience using Odoo ERP
