- Managing and operating the facility’s real estate, including leasing, maintaining, and developing real estate in accordance with the organization’s strategies and achieving the maximum benefit from the organization’s owned real estate by improving returns and reducing costs.
- Negotiating with clients and tenants to determine appropriate terms for lease contracts
Requirements:
At least two years of experience in the field of travel and tourism within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
