- Preparing and implementing human resources policies and procedures in accordance with the company’s directions and vision
- Providing advice and recommendations to recruitment officials and employees within the scope of human resources, such as employees, recruitment processes, performance monitoring, training and development
- Manage employee relations smoothly and maintain a comfortable and positive work environment
- Ensuring the appropriateness and compatibility of human resources procedures with labor laws and legislation
- Preparing and implementing training and development initiatives that enhance interaction, communication and professional advancement
- Assisting with job advertisements, such as writing job descriptions, posting job vacancies, and conducting interviews
- Managing human resources databases and records, and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of employee data
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
At least 10 years of experience in human resources
