Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising the team of security guards and ensuring that security policies and procedures are implemented
• Develop security and safety plans for the site and update them periodically
• Monitor the daily performance of security guards and provide the necessary guidance
• Coordination with other departments to ensure that security operations run smoothly
• Providing periodic reports on the security situation to senior management
Requirements:
Previous experience of at least 5 years in managing security teams
Preferably someone who has a specialized certificate in security or occupational safety
Good knowledge of security and safety systems
Ability to deal with emergency situations and make decisions quickly
High leadership and organizational skills
