Key Responsibilities:
Receiving guests:
- Welcoming guests upon their arrival to the hotel with a friendly and professional smile
- Check-in and check-out of guests quickly and efficiently
Reservations management:
- Handling room reservations, whether via phone, email, or reservation systems
- Ensure that reservation records are updated periodically and accurately
Provide information:
- Providing the necessary information about hotel services, local facilities and tourist attractions
- Answer guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Handling complaints:
- Handling guest complaints professionally and quickly to ensure their satisfaction
- Escalate major issues to management if necessary
Financial management:
- Processing cash and credit card payments accurately and securely
- Review invoices and confirm the validity of financial transactions
Coordination with other departments:
- Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance and catering departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Follow up on special requests from guests
Adherence to hotel standards:
- Commitment to a decent and professional appearance in line with hotel policy
- Maintaining the confidentiality of guests' personal information
Requirements:
Good English language
