- Clarifying tasks and objectives for all employees, according to the nature of each one’s work
- Promoting and encouraging participation and communication of employees with higher levels, and opening the door for them to submit suggestions
- Answering any questions regarding the work environment and conditions
- Planning and organizing organized work according to production requirements, in coordination with all departments in the company

- Proper selection of employees, to ensure that the person fits the job description and the organization’s culture
- Granting appropriate salaries according to the organization’s salary scale, and they must be commensurate with the nature of the work and the organization’s productivity, as well as performance

- Examining and auditing employee records to ensure that they are correct and that there is no lying or tampering in them, as this enhances the ethical culture and good values within the company.
