- Participate in setting goals, policies, initiatives and operational plans related to public relations, and follow up on these plans and ensure their efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in the preparation of operational plans and executive programs for advertising and advertising work and activities, develop tools for advertising and advertising methods and manuals based on approved policies and procedures, and ensure the commitment of subordinate employees to them.
- Building and managing constructive and effective working relationships and building communication channels with the entity’s business partners, governmental and non-governmental institutions and their affiliated organizational units, and local community institutions and managing relations with them with the aim of serving the entity’s strategy and its affiliated organizational units.
- Coordination and effective communication with internal and external business partners and with relevant organizational entities and units with the aim of organizing conferences and meetings, following up on all exhibitions, conferences, seminars, meetings and official events, making the necessary arrangements and communications to participate in them and communicating with them to ensure their participation and attendance.
- Supervising all activities related to the necessary preparations and equipment to receive official delegations and VIP visitors, accompany them, secure their needs, and supervise the program of their visit and stay.
- Follow up and direct the processes of preparing technical reports on promotion, advertising and publicity plans and campaigns, evaluate their results and impact, submit reports to senior management and inform them of technical proposals and recommendations in this field.
- Coordinating with the relevant organizational units with the aim of strengthening the entity’s identity and strengthening its position through public relations activities, and organizing and managing the preparation of correspondence, letters of thanks, and cards for events and holidays and sending them to the concerned authorities.
- Follow up on the latest developments in the methods and methods of implementing advertising and advertising campaigns and directing the adoption of appropriate ones, and identifying and ensuring the availability of all resources, materials and technologies necessary to carry out advertising and promotional work and activities in the best possible way.
- Managing the company’s application, website, and social media sites
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Marketing and Advertising, Public Administration, Business Administration) any related major
Practical experience of not less than two years
Saudi nationality
Ability to manage business and manage customer relationships
Ability to build media and advertising strategies
Proficiency in advertising and communications services
Ability to coordinate ceremonies and protocols
Familiarity with social media networks such as (X, Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) and other social media
