- Receiving the finished product according to the production daily (description - quantity - classification - condition)
- Storing products after additions, making transfers, and completing the entire documentary cycle
- Dispensing materials according to need, while adhering to physical, permanent and electronic disbursement procedures, taking into account the expiration date (first in, first out) or recently received, first out.
- Periodically monitoring the movement of items and submitting bills of exchange and shipping to the warehouse supervisor to prepare reports
- Review actual balances periodically with the warehouse supervisor
- Periodically preparing the monthly inventory and submitting inventory reports on a regular basis
- Daily and periodic closing of transactions through the warehouse program
- Providing reports on the status of inventory (fast-moving - slow-moving - idle) in cooperation with the warehouse manager
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related specialty
At least 3 years of experience in the same field
Familiarity with accounting matters and warehouse work, in addition to Office programs
