- A public relations specialist is required to work in Mecca
- Work 5 days a week (8 hours a day)
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Sending and receiving letters, mail, and parcels issued to government, private, and relevant agencies
- Follow up and prepare the issuance, renewal and cancellation of all licenses and records for the company and its branches
- Review all governmental and private agencies related to the company’s work, its interests, branches, and employees, such as (civil defense, municipality, and other agencies)
- Follow up on guest complaints in hotels that have been escalated to management and the relevant authorities
- Receiving transactions directed to the company from the relevant authorities
- Follow up and complete all transactions and procedures with relevant government and private agencies
- Renewing all company documents and licenses
- Preparing papers, files, records and statements regulating his work, whether for the company or branches
- Preparing recruitment visa applications for the company and completing the visa application file at the labor office
- Conducting and following up on the renewal of residency permits and passports for the company’s employees
- Exit and return visa procedures for employees
- Completing the procedures for transferring the sponsorship of approved employees
- Implementing all department-specific requests related to other departments of government agencies
- Attestation of agencies and authorization from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Chamber of Commerce and Consulates
- Follow up on canceling and deleting complaints and violations
- Follow up on requests and adding or canceling services for the company and its branches, such as (introducing electricity, water, communications, etc.)
- Dealing with all emergency cases related to the company and its branches
Requirements:
Good English language
Thorough knowledge of government departments (municipality - civil defense - tourism) and transaction methods and procedures
