- Receiving electronic permission to add items, storing items, and updating their warehouse movement in the ERP system
- Disbursing items according to electronic disbursement authorization in accordance with the procedures for evaluating inventory, recording and updating the movement of warehouse items in the ERP system.
- Examining the items before they are brought into the warehouse, verifying their quantities, types and specifications as stated in the addition permission form, submitting a statement of any observations thereon, and not receiving them except after taking direction from the head of the Logistics Department.
- Arranging items in warehouses according to their types and categories and identifying them, which facilitates transportation and handling operations
- Verifying the items that were dispensed according to the disbursement authorization data, recording the driver and truck information on the disbursement documents, and handing him a copy of the disbursement authorization.
- Maintaining addition and disbursement permits and submitting them during periodic inventories of existing quantities and preparing the necessary reports
- Matching the delivery document from the supplier with the addition permit in quantity and quality
- Packaging items and ensuring their safety from damage due to environmental factors
- Disbursing items from the warehouse while they are in good and clean condition
- Adherence to occupational health and safety policy and procedures
- Carrying out any other tasks assigned to him in his field of competence in accordance with the directives of direct managers
