Tasks and responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily operations:
- Supervising the implementation of work plans and ensuring the achievement of operational objectives
- Follow up on the performance of work teams and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Operational data analysis:
- Collect and analyze performance reports to identify opportunities for improvement
- Providing recommendations to increase the efficiency of operations and reduce costs
Coordination with other departments:
- Ensuring the flow of work between different teams
- Follow up on the implementation of joint tasks between departments and solve any problems that may arise
Resource management:
- Assist in scheduling and distributing resources to achieve the required efficiency
- Ensure the availability of tools and equipment necessary to continue operations
Follow up on employee performance:
- Support employees and provide feedback to improve performance
- Submitting periodic reports to the Operations Manager on the team’s performance
