- A manager is required to operate a restaurant chain in the Eastern Province
Tasks:
- Supervising all daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth running
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction
- Manage and train staff to ensure high quality service
- Monitor inventory and orders to ensure availability of necessary materials
- Analyzing the restaurant’s performance and submitting periodic reports to management
- Handling customer complaints and solving problems effectively
- Organizing promotional activities and events to attract new customers
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards at all times
- Manage budget and costs to ensure financial goals are achieved
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure obtaining the best prices and services
Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse work team
