- A cost accountant is required to work in the field of (food and beverage industry) in Mecca
Main tasks:
- Analyze and manage all costs associated with production and operation, including raw materials, labor, and overhead expenses
- Develop and maintain accurate cost accounting records and reports
- Monitor and evaluate inventory levels and ensure their compliance with production and sales requirements
- Prepare cost forecasts and budgets, and provide insights to improve efficiency and reduce expenses
- Conducting an analysis of the differences between actual costs and standard costs, identifying the causes and proposing solutions
- Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to optimize costs and increase efficiency
- Contribute to developing pricing strategies by analyzing cost structures and providing appropriate recommendations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in financial accounting, or any related field. Professional certificates are preferred
At least 3 years of experience in the field of cost accounting, (in addition to experience in financial accounting), preferably in the food and beverage industry, the catering sector, or the manufacturing sector.
Experienced and professional understanding of cost accounting and financial analysis
Proficiency in using Excel, PivotTables, and accounting software (such as Odoo)
Strong interpersonal communication and interaction abilities
